Circus Forum: Geoff Edwards of DOJO
Geoff Edwards is our next guest speaker at Circus Forum. Based in San Francisco, Geoff and the DOJO team have worked on campaigns for Logitech, AT&T and more. Take a look at Geoff’s bio below to learn more about the experience he’ll be bringing to the lectern this Friday:
Geoff Edwards is Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of DOJO. Founded in 2009 with his friend and partner Mauro Alencar the boutique has offices in San Francisco and New York. DOJO is a cultural catalyst orchestrating traditional and digital channels, design, content, music and art.
Prior to launching DOJO, Geoff was Executive Creative Director at T.A.G., where his work on the Xbox 360 Halo 3 “Believe” campaign set sales records by reaching $170 million—making it the highest gross of an entertainment product within 24 hours of its release, ever. In addition the campaign won virtually every Best of Show Award worldwide including a One Show Grand Prix, ADC of NY Grand Prix, two Grand Prix at Cannes Lions and Clio Advertiser of the Year. During his 22-year career, Geoff has received top honours from: The One Show, AICP, ADDYs, Andy’s, Art Directors Club, Cannes Lions, Clios, and D&AD. Geoff received Cannes Advertiser of the Year (2006 adidas), and was honoured as one of Creativity Magazine’s Top 50, Board’s “Top Art Director In The Country,” and Adweek’s “Creative All-Stars.” Geoff has worked at prominent creative shops including Chiat/Day, JWT, and DDB/Chicago. He has co-founded four agencies: Spike/DDB, Element 79 Partners, T.A.G., and now, DOJO. Geoff has created lauded campaigns for leading brands: Logitech, adidas, Budweiser, Gatorade, McDonald’s, and Boys & Girls Clubs of America, among several others. He graduated with honours from Pratt Institute and is a member of the One Club, Art Directors Club of New York, and 4A’s.

When not working, Geoff spends every moment with the loves of his life, wife Marie-Colette, daughter Ella, and son Tribe-Lloyd.
