We’re happy to share that Chris Joakim, Creative Director at R/GA New York, and Mike Donaghey, Creative Director at R/GA New York, will be speaking on August 18th at The Creative Circus.

Chris Joakim & Mike Donaghey have been a creative team for the past 13 years. In that time they’ve created Cannes gold winning campaigns at three different agencies, in three different countries.

Chris and Mike’s work has received gold prizes at every major award show in the world including: Cannes Lions, One Show, The Clios, and the London International Awards. In 2017, their “Innovating Saving” campaign for Jet.com won a Cannes Grand Prix in media. Their “Skittles Touch” campaign is featured in the latest edition of the book “Hey Whipple, Squeeze This” which is used as a textbook for university level teaching. And this year, their campaign “The Love Cam” was inducted into the permanent collection at the MoMA, and received an Emmy nomination.

Chris & Mike began their careers in Toronto, Canada where they were creative leads on brands such as World Wildlife Fund, Skittles, and FedEx. In 2012 they left Toronto to move to London, England as global creative leads for the Philips Sound business and Amnesty International at Ogilvy & Mather London.

In 2014 Chris & Mike moved to R/GA New York, where they are now creative directors. They currently work across a range of clients including Samsung Global, Jet.com, and the Ad Council.
