Fabio Rodriguez – Executive Vice President, Group Director at 21GRAMS New York

With over 20 years of experience, Fabio has worked for some of the biggest advertising agencies like DDB, FCB, BBH, Publicis, Area 23, and McCann Health – leading major consumer and health brands spanning both domestic and global markets.

The interest to move to healthcare from the consumer world came from a belief that this is the space that will see the biggest creative innovations and advances in the years to come.

Fabio’s work has been recognized by major international award shows including Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, The One Show, LIA, The Global Awards, and others. In 2021, he was ranked by The One Club as one of the top 10 Group Creative Directors in the world. Fabio also served at the jury for The New York Festival, Effies, Lia, the RX Club and more.

Passionate about motorcycles and everything visual, Fabio is a self-taught photographer and retoucher with various pieces selected for display in galleries around his home country of Brazil.
