Creative Circus Friday Forum Speaker Series
Our ties to creative industries are evident in the caliber of exceptional talent who come and speak at Circus Forum. Typically held on Fridays from 1:30pm to 2:30pm in The Carol Vick Bynum Theatre, our forums are an important opportunity for our students to learn from current top players in their fields.
Exceptional students have an opportunity to have their books perused by some of the top talent who visit us. And everyone has a chance to listen and learn as our speakers tell us of their own war stories and lessons learned along the way in the life of a Creative.
These events are open to the public (mandatory for students, of course) so if you’re in the neighborhood, come by and enjoy our Creative Circus Friday Forum Speakers!

Katie Klencheski – Founder & CEO
Female owned: SMAKK works with businesses in the beauty and wellness space on building their brands – particularly e-commerce and brand strategy, working to help them make real advancements toward sustainability without greenwashing. It’s an issue she has written and talked about in the past. Her tool for leading this change is called the Mission Plan.

With over 20 years of experience, Fabio has worked for some of the biggest advertising agencies like DDB, FCB, BBH, Publicis, Area 23, and McCann Health – leading major consumer and health brands spanning both domestic and global markets..

Jayanta Jenkins – Chief Creative Officer
Prior to this role, experiences include Twitter, Beats by Dre, TBWA/Chiat/Day LA, Wieden & Kennedy and Co-Founder Saturday Morning.
Jenkins has been an industry creative leader for over 20 years. Throughout his career, Jayanta has created thought-provoking and effective work. Jenkins has been awarded and recognized by every major awards organization in his field, including multiple Cannes Lions – and a Grand Prix, multiple D&AD awards and named as Adweek’s Creative 100 business leaders in 2020.
February 25 – Kevin Swanepoel: President, The One Club, The One Show (Virtual/Onsite)
The One Show is the world’s most prestigious award program in advertising, design and digital marketing. For over 40 years, the Gold Pencil has been regarded as one of the top prizes in the creative industry. The One Show has had a rich legacy of honoring some of the most groundbreaking ideas, created by some of the most remarkable minds in creativity. Kevin will take an overview of our world. It’s a world he understands like few others.
