She believes that hard work and a little laughter can solve almost anything, and is fortunate to lead an amazing team of designers who agree. Together, they design creative solutions for a variety of clients including McDonald’s, State Farm, Capitol One, Starburst, Skittles and The Field Museum.

Lindsey’s work has been recognized by a variety of publications, including Luerzer’s Archive, Creative Review, Creativity, CMYK and Communication Arts, earning her several ADDYs, a Cannes Lion, and DDB’s Keith Reinhard People Award. She is also a proud member of the 50/50 Initiative, and hopes that the creative community’s commitment to balancing its industries will lead to the ultimate award— changing the ratio for future generations of female talent.
