We’re happy to share that Elizabeth Cauvel, Creative Director at MRY & Carrie Cervati, Head of Talent at MRY in NYC , will be speaking on July 28th at The Creative Circus.
Elizabeth Cauvel, Creative Director | MRY
Elizabeth Cauvel has been with MRY for over 3 years, working as a Creative Director across a range of media for brands like Hulu, Aflac, e.l.f., Listerine, Visine, and Band-Aid. Previously, she has worked on clients like Verizon, Wrigley, and Disney. Her career highlights include touching a real live penguin (it was soft), shooting with a real live bear on a mountainside (looked soft but didn’t get to touch), and traveling across the country in a tour bus to shoot a music video. She is a social media addict who somehow parlayed playing around on the Internet into a full-time advertising career.

Carrie Cervati, Head of Talent | MRY
Carrie leads both Talent and Resource Management for over 5 years now at MRY. She has created and implemented all recruitment and resourcing policies and procedures during her time here. She provides strategic consultation, advice and support on leveraging resources and analyzes staff unitization to determine short and long term needs. She manages the entire agency’s resourcing needs across all disciplines. Before MRY , she was a top leader in recruitment at Johnson and Johnson where she created a Global Recruitment process in EMEA, Latin America, Europe and Asia for all of J&J Markets comparable to the US and rolled it out to Global Directors, HR Business Partners, and Recruitment.
She has over 20 years of experience in finding exceptional talent and managing recruitment operations as well as highly adept at planning, directing and aligning talent strategy to organizational needs and business processes. She played soccer at Rowan University and stumbled into Advertising later on in her career . Personally she enjoys all types of sports, kickboxing, cooking, and traveling.
