Virtual Circus Forum – AKQA

Born and raised in China, Yanci is an award-winning Experience Designer at AKQA Portland with a background in Design, Psychology, and Business. She thinks like a strategist and acts like a designer, applying her understanding of human cognition to make products and services meaningful to businesses and users. Some of the brands she’s worked with include IBM, PayPal, Nike, The Trade Desk, Johnson & Johnson, and the Palms. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her mentoring designers, foraging mushrooms in the forest, or experimenting with food in the kitchen with her cocker spaniel – Pancake. She also is part of the team that brought The Side Show to life!
