Advice to the graduating class:

Honor the simple, unequivocal truth even when others have seemingly swallowed the Kool Aid. It won’t you make best friends but it will create more sublime work and ultimately more respect.

Advice to the Incoming Class:

Observation and curiosity are your two most important tools. Also no one cares about execution as much as IDEAS.

What do I wish I knew while at Circus: 

You are free to be your freaky, weird, bizarre, imperfect self. In fact, put that front, center. No idea is unexpected if it’s what everybody expects.

What does Circus mean to me:

Hogwarts.

Lightbulb moment for me while in school:

Referring to 7th quarter portfolio: All this crap in my book right here? Sucks, throw it all out and start over. ?
