What does the Circus mean to you?

It means being rewarded for those strange thoughts that are always rolling around in your brain and finding other people who are just as weird as you.

What advice would you give to our incoming classes making their pathway into the Industry?

Stay true to your personal style and learn as much as you can from those around you.

Describe a monumental, light bulb moment for yourself while you were at The Circus:

When I won my first student award, I think I finally realized that maybe I was decent enough to graduate and get a job and that I wasn’t just a big ol’ phony! Haha. My inner critic got ever so slightly quieter that day! (Ever so slightly being the key phrasing here).

Favorite project you’ve worked on:

Sometimes I want to say old school projects because there were NO RULES but as far as actual work projects go, working on Tostitos with Kate McKinnon and Dan Levy made my whole life.

More info on this project can be found here.

What do you wish you knew in school?

That I would end up with a job and I could stress just a little less.

How is what you do now different than you thought it would be when at the Circus?

The biggest difference is dealing with clients who have real problems and real money on the line. That changes everything.

If you had a billboard to post a single message to the world, what would it say?

Be Nice To People!!! … Please?
